RSPB Radipole Lake Nature Reserve

Radipole lake has been controlled by the RSPB since the Seventies and is now a haven for wildlife, but in particular Radipole lake is renowned for its Birds. haveit's birds. The large reedbed, open water, flood meadows and bushes attract many different birds. Bearded tits and Cetti's warblers, little Egrets can be seen all year. Radipole lake is joined in the summer by reed, sedge and grasshopper warblers and in autumn by a variety of migrating birds.

RSPB Radipole lake Opening times

Visitor centre is open daily 9 am to 5 pm, 4 pm in winter; hide - 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. Centre and hide closed Christmas and Boxing Day.
